What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, due to their size and nature, custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable. Return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring White Glove Delivery, please allow 3-5 weeks for transit and scheduling.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Specific shipping rates and import duties for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
What does 'White Glove Delivery' include?
Our White Glove service includes delivery into your room of choice, assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials. This service is highly recommended for our heavier dining tables and beds.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Yes, we offer fabric swatches for our custom upholstery collection so you can feel the texture and see the color in your home's lighting before placing an order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your status through your McGee & Co. account dashboard.
